Dear S.A.S.Muhammad,
The answer to your question is your harsh light of your flash, it is burst full his power on your brothers face, another thing that it makes the light coming out of the screen of laptop is too low against the light of flash unit.
Now come to your unusual shot, there are two errors that can make this photo a very good composed & balance light shot.
1, the head of your brother is too up from your firing height, 2, if you have a good flash try to bounce the light or other wise put some soft white cloth or a tissue paper on the flash unit, another work can be done, try some card paper to bounce the light toward roof, that will give you very cool light.
As in my opinion the flash photography is totally a different field in the photography.
