[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A water drop decided to quit
after getting tired of been
pushed, shake and blown
by mighty winds in the midle
of a never ending storm;
from water into ice into
sparkling little diamonds
that make the snow,
and then again,
melting into tiny pearls
to be part of the fog,
that make the lights
to fade away
by obscuring the sun,

the little drop, after quitting,
jumped from the cloud and went
traveling on the shoulders of the wind
without looking down;
Freedom!!!...Freedom!!!
freedom is waiting down below,
in the thirsty earth
of a thirsty world,
waitng for the drop to give life
to a flower or a grain of corn;

nobody followed after
the solitary drop,
all being so busy riding
the fury of the storm,
that they didn't noticed
that the little drops its fall
wasn't on fertile waiting ground...
but on a rock.

i can say a wonderful red.. maybe i could crop the part in white.. but of course is a great capture.. by the perfect definition of every drop.. and the intensity of the colour red.. great choise indeed!

ASAK Usaf.Looks like intense red part of Hibiscus flower with clearly defined dew drops and a creative macro shot. Looks fine with a very informative note. Cheers and TFS.

Amazing detail in the droplets, I love the reflected white - it almost looks like a stylised letter F and suggests a real potential ... imagine if every reflection in every droplet was changed for the Coca-Cola logo, what marketing!

Beautiful capture, loved the freshness and reds.
I'd have preferred using f/8 (if i had to take this one) just to keep all the drops in quite better focus though it has good but may be more :)

Don't u think u should invest in a SLR now??? think about it ;)

the red is certainly one of the colors that have in photo more effect but you in this image you have known how to make it at the most. I surely deserve of a good exposure and of an united optimal light to a perfect focusing.
