| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Their large, intelligent bright eyes stare at the kids dressed up nicely, moving in the cars with their parents, they only can wish but can not change the time and their fate.
They have their own world. Flies continuously buzz around them and sit on their faces, yet, the children do not flinch. Their clothes are tattered and filthy, fingers blackened and rough, whilst the stench emanating from them is unbearable. The children, following their fathers footsteps, have been garbage pickers for many years now.
From 8 am to 4/5 pm they roam the streets of different sectors in Karachi (Pakistan). Without the use of any instruments, face masks and gloves, these scavengers filter through rubbish/garbage in search of paper, plastic, metal and any other recyclable material. When a substantial amount has been collected, they take their collection on their aching, hunched backs to little "recycling" shops.
They don't want to go to school because "This is easier and more rewarding". I've heard that they earn Rs.200 per day, which is about $2 US.
Things done:
-Some level adjustment
-added Noise Monochromatic amount=3
More to come from the same series.
Thanks for Viewing

A very fine capture and very touchy Note here Usaf bhai
This is really very sympathetic, these children deserve more then a child who dresses up nicely and move in the cars with their parents. They r hard workers they r strong work force they r enthusiasts. Well...
Expressions are priceless, nice B&W tones, i like ur composition too.
Very fine job, looking for the entire series.
Regards,
Jahanzeib
