A simple and appealing portrait with great use of avaialble light - very diffuse and even.
The lens did ok but your aperture was too wide. I think you should have closed it down to maybe f/5.6 or similar - you see here that her near eye is sharp, but her further eye is slightly out of focus. That is the danger with very wide apertures!

Salaam Mushtaq,
Here again Rew won the crtique match and what he says is the lesson of a teacher to the student.
I appreciate his skill and it is also a guide like for us.
I almost forgot about this and I usually thought that we were two whom shot this but we were three, and well done as the rest is said by Rew.
Regards with TFS.
Musa.

Hello Mushtaq
Welcome to TL and congratulations on getting 80-200 and 180 mm lenses, it feels so good to see more photographers from Quetta :)
This is a very smart lens n is mostly recommended, i myself was interested to get the 80-200 but went for Sigma's 70-200 anyway. :)
Very nice capture of the cute kid, she can be a very pretty model indeed n u've done it very nicely, though u might need to retouch this one(IMO only).
The good thing is, to take permission and then shoot the way u want, composition and pose, it also allow u to utilize the natural light according to ur choice and if u intend to use some reflectors to fill aswell :)
Hope to see much more from ur side, have a good day :)
Regards,
Jahanzeib
