this shot is almost STELLAR in it's beauty... i'm a big fan of sun shots and this is one of the most beautiful i've seen... it's a beautiful place, i wish i could go there, and BRILLIANT capture!

(ps: it almost looks like a religious symbolism, like the sun god ra, or for that matter, an xian cross)

That's a nice shot. I think I'd be tempted to crop the sand off the immediate foreground, but that's just a personal thing.
I think if you'd waited any longer you'd have missed the moment, but you caught it very well.
