A Natural Expression

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
christopher grey, a photographer/author notes that, "A good portrait is more than a mere record of a face. In fact, a successful portrait is not only a representation of a human being but a statement of who that being was on the day he or she sat before you."
sometimes, your subject gives you an expression so original and convincing that it makes you just click; leaving you with little or no time to properly frame the shot aesthetically...
after taking this photo, i resorted to cropping, which is not a bad practice at all, but one which i seldom practice :)
and so, it turned out that there was enough room for me to 'save' this one :) although i still think the subject should be more towards the left side, but this is the most i could crop :)
instead of going for black and white, i chose to stick with colors :) i am sure her parents will be pleased when i give them the prints :)
thanks for viewing :) let's see what you think :)

Hello Muhammad,
I can only say that you did a very good work here! Her smile is lovely and you take the picture at the right moment.
Well done!
t.f.s and greeting,
Frieda
I like this one very much. I think the tones, textures, light and colours are all perfect; there is a richness to the image and a wonderful sense of depth.
Your subject has a natural beauty to her and the expression is serene and warm.
I guess I can understand your reluctance to crop, although from my observations of photography, the crop is as useful a tool to the photographer as his lenses and light.
