Many may not assess the second needle the moved seven times as I count so it is possible only in digital watch or clocks that needle jumps each second.
A polarising filter can help more clear view of the dial, well shot.

Nice to see a good detail shot of a watch, there is a slight error that others ignored and that is the glare of light on the screen of the watch, definately it is a timed shot the moment of the arms shows around 5 sec I think.

Control the lens reflection.
