[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
well this one was shot just two hours ago while his mum was giving him a bath :) she was the one who wanted me to take his photo in this white towel :) so kudos to her :)

i was using the 105mm lens, and thats why i've slightly messed up the focus on his other eye, but nothing too serious :)

his room has a big, bright window that allows very nice, diffused light to fall in during day time :) in other words, its like a free, giant soft box :) perfect for side-lit portraits :)

i cropped it to fit in a wooden frame i bought yesterday for peanuts!! haha :) and apart from the crop, i slightly sharpened it :) and a little white balance tweak :)

p.s. on a funny note, his expression and towel make him look like one of the Oracles from the movie 300....heheh :)

Sweet boy Muhsin! He's going to grow up being quite used to seeing you with that black thing in front of your face :) .. he'll be so accustomed to having his photo taken.
Good idea your wife had to shoot him while he was contented and happy after his bath. Great little expression.

Very nice capture, i loved the strong eye contact and the position of his hands right on his cheek (most interesting part for me :)) excellent natural light utilization :)

Well, if i had to take this one i might have used f/4 or f/5.6 keeping in mind the rule of thumb at 1/120 as its effective 105mm on ur D700 :)

Beautiful eyes! A lovely capture that you should be very proud of. Well managed DOF to keep eyes and features sharp and clear.

Good composition, his left eye is on the diagonal axis of the frame.
