[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
an old analogue foto of my mom. as far as i remember, the camera used here was a pentax (point/shoot, forgot the model). i accompanied her to cebu to try her luck for a tourist visa @ the US consulate- she was denied as expected. and so, we passed by carbon district to buy dozens of manila mangoes before flying back to our zamboanga city.
in april 2000, her immigrant visa came but she changed her mind to not migrate anymore. and in her own words "i'll stay put in my zamboanga hermosa, no place like home". mom is 89 years old now. i love her dearly!!
