the longer I look at it, the more ghosts I see...

A striking effect, Lemuel - well captured and framed. I presume the white-balance was set to 'daylight,' to make the street lamps appear so red?

Hi Lemuel, there are so many accidental findings in the world, this is a very good effect.. inner frame colour could have been a darker colour not to attract too much attention though..
