Fuente Osmeņa - an impressive circular park in the heart of Cebu City. The park is named after Sergio Osmeņa Sr, the second president of the Philippine Commonwealth and a native of Cebu.

what a stunning composition, I should go to cebu one day.. it looks very interesting and beautiful from all the photos you presented so far! I like it and I like here the effect you used and the colors in the sky, great light and shadow of the trees on the ground, and the contrast of green and brown.. Fantastic POV and superb natural frame..
