[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Photo was taken during the "Sangyaw Festival" in Tacloban City, Leyte.
I was luckily given a chance to shoot close enough to the participants of the parade. This girl is one of the representatives from Makati City.

Hi Chris,

This one caught my attention with it's brilliant colors. It's a photo that evokes so much joy by just the colors alone, not to mention her smile.

The background is so colorful and vivid. It is a good choice to have the background as a blur as it softens the photo a little. The flowers make a nice border at the top of the image.
