Wow, great morning blue-hour shot Danilo! The stars in the sky are just great, and I love the rich rich gradient of blue color in the sky. Really nice comp with the moon and the plalm trees leaning in.
Wet and soggy in DC? Oh man, we could use a little wet around here!!

This is a wonderful shot! Kudos.
I think the slight imperfections add something....reality perhaps!
I am surprised that foreground objects did not show more movement given that it was windy and exposure was 30 secs.

I thought I had commented on this, getting hard to keep track of everyone.
You are too much of a perfectionist, the boats are a bit blurred in the distance, a bit of a wake and no matter how steady your tripod those boats are going to shift.
Personaly I find this extremely beautiful and moody.
