| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
It was the start of the rainy season in the Philippines and with it some brief thunderstorms and lightning. This was the only night in my two week stay that I had a heavenly access to ligtning flashes. It was so far the i did not even hear the roar of the thunder.
This was a 30 second exposure to capture the many flashes of light made by clashing ions in the sky. The four dots on the left are the communications towers on top of sto. tomas radar, mt. cabuyao, baguio city. |
