I remember visiting Baguio Cathedral myself in 2001, the view from there is great too.

Interesting light, this was taken in the evening? It looks as though the cathedral is lit by some floodlights, so it's a almost-night-sky above it?

I like the point of view although maybe you could've cropped out the cars at the bottom.
