[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is the surfing capital of the North (in the Philippines). Located in a very accessible area in San Juan, La Union. There are lots of tourists (foreign and domestic) coming in to the place just to surf. This coming first week of February, there will a competition to be held but I don't have the details yet.
