[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This image was taken during the street dancing competition held during the anniversary celebration of the cityhood of the City of San Fernando, La Union. It is that of a street dancer from one of the schools in the city.

There was no post processing done here except for cropping and framing. It was created by simply zooming in and zooming out and using a slow shutter speed. That's it.

Great colors but I miss a focus point.

I do see the dancer but I'd like her to be more focused. Maybe the effect was a tiny bit overdone.

Anyways, cool effect and great colors.
