The Lang-Ay Festival in Bontoc, Mt. Province brings in the 11 Municipalities of the Mt. Province to showcase their unique cultural heritage in one extravagant and rich show of indigenous culture to other peoples.

Lovely metering of your subject, good sharpness and detail, and competent work on the background too.

I wish she had been placed a little more to the right, with the negative space in front of her instead of behind her ... but the overall effect here is good.

Awesome shot! Good saturation and vividness.
I'd suggest though to use lens blur instead of Gaussian blur for a more realistic bokeh.... and be careful with your masking because some hard edges are quite evident on some parts.
