Hi Jovie,
I like your idea - and the exposure management seems okay.
detail is reasonable and composition is pretty decent too.
However, I think the noise really lets it down.
Considering that you used a tripod, i wonder why it's noisy.. perhaps your ISO was quite high?
One quick tip I can offer to help with the problem of noise:
Use the lowest available ISO on your camera ( you can easily do this since you have a tripod)
- this forces you to expose for longer- but it also gives the best image performance (regarding noise)
Also I think the letters in the top left corner are a bit distracting (IMO).
