Cude model, I think you needed a smaller aperture. Her leading eye is sharp, the further eye is not.

There is also a little distortion - you were probably too close to her.

My suggestion would be to back away a little and bump the aperture up to f/4.0. You should be able to run at an ISO of 800 with no real issues.
