[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is what happening right now in our country. Some of the national road had been flooded for almost 24 hrs. Yesterday, it started to rain at 9am and lasted till 10pm. As you can see even big buses can't passed through this road. Many of our fellowmen are stranded for almost 24hrs, and the rescuers are using rubber boats to transfer them in high lands. This is the first time happen in our place.

Hi Pio,
I feel sorry to what happen at your place. Hope all of you will be in better condition soon. Is this the other sign of the global warming?
Anyway, your note and picture are saying exactly what's happening.
Sincerely, Imelda

A fine photo journalistic image Pio. I have been watching this on cable tv...The torrential downpour and damage reminds me of hurricane Katrina. Ingatz and hope you and family are safe.
Danilo

you're right and it's first time in our place that flood stays overnight in the house plus brownout too, flashfloods and helpless people from all walks of life, rich or poor are all affected here.
