Hello, Arman -
Fantastic! The interplay of light and shadows create a dramatic effect while the delicate scarf across part of her face creates a sense of mystery. Wonderfully cropped. I have only one suggestion - the partial left eye showing is a bit unharmonious with the rest of the image; if the scarf were covering her entire eye, I think it would be a minor improvement. Regardless, great image.

I really like the way you take portraits, but IMHHHO you are spoiling them with such HPP.
I'm quite convinced you would have much more satisfaction from a research undertaken in the use of y camera, more than on the use of photoshop.
I really hope u dont feel offended by my critique, I see many people on TL using a lot the HPP but on worse matter, in y case I think it is different... ;)

You have an amazing picture here. I like the presentation of green which is always cool in the eyes and thanks for your short note. But reading what Marco wrote : "you would have much more satisfaction from a research undertaken in the use of y camera, more than on the use of photoshop", I think I'm agree with him. Well... May be the satisfaction with camera is the main thing and the skill of using software will be a plus.

I was interested in Marco's critique of this shot. Your post skills are certainly polished but I wonder if all of the basics are there, yet - including composition and placement of elements within the frame, and attention to detail such as the half-obscured eye.
To me it looks like various other treatments, including some blur, skin-softening and perhaps high-pass, vignetting, and dodge/highlight enhancement in he reyes were all used - it would be good to see the original, unedited shot in WS to note the differences!

A seductive and somewhat surreal portrait. Lighting and focus are very good, but I think showing her entire left eye would be beneficial. Your pp skills are superb.
