[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this photo while doing photo work for the Philippine National Red Cross.. The girl has many mosquito bites and was not feeling well... we did a medical mission and in the area that we went to is still flooded and many children are getting sick because of the flood water. Working with Red Cross was a full filling work and an eye opener for me.

Hey Arman,

A heartbreaking image, and she seems pretty badly bitten. Nice to hear about your mission work and it must be very rewarding to help save lives. The picture is photographically as real as it gets and she seems exhausted after all she has been through. Our prayers are with you for helping out and thanks for sharing this image with us so that we all appreciate the fragile lives we have. Take care mate and keep up the good work.

regards,

Dilshan

Poor little kid. She does look worse for wear, although it looks hopeful that she will be ok in the long term.

Possibly a slightly wider shot for this, even in a journalistic shot the cropped fingers are an issue to me.

Rew

an image, claim the amount of humanitarian causes in the world and many governments do not want to see, thanks for show us, hugs and congratulations.

Hello Arman

Hopefully the little one is well now. Doing the work for the Red Cross is outstanding. Thanks for the info. Keep strong for the people of your country. Without the help of volunteers, you have nothing.

Take care my friend
Jimmy
