Friendly posture and a funny smile. The perspective creates a triangle from the base-line to top-middle. The few colour-accents adds another kind of depth to the image.

However, It seems that you need to brighten up the pic. Your target seems a little dark. I dunno if this helps. But the face has a good features. I love the kind of weather your pic tells me. My kinda weather =)
