I'm not enthusiast about the framing, tilt and crop cutting the arm,
not convinced by the eye contact, it's like someone talking with me and watching my ears better than my eyes if you know what I mean
and the most important for me, the smooth effect on the skin transform this shot into something fake, unreal, I like to see skin textures in a photo...
so three things disturbing IMO, the post processing is excessive, the framing in not in my tastes, and the glance, the eye contact is not attractive

Good in terms of a professional approach to comp and skin treatment. Personally I don't like smoothed skin but that's just a matter of taste.

It looks like there was also some doge/lightening on the highlights in her eyes, in addition to the light of the reflector, and it looks overdone to me.

Colours and sharpness of the dress = fantastic.

Too bad with the wires, strings over her left shoulder and chest, spoil the portrait and skin tone. It is so obvious that it cannot be missed?
