Interesting POV, I don't really like the colour temp though; combined with the dead leaves I think you have missed the 'summer' feeling and gone straight to autumn here.
She's a pretty model btw!
I'm really not a fan of the cigarette, it seems such a destructive message these days.
Good lighting of course, and comp, and DOF.
