The photo is not that bad, BUT - the trees and bushes in front are overexposed comparing to the city in background... and 1 sec exposure is not enough.
Maybe lower ISO, less aperture, zoom on the town.....

Try experimenting bro, longer exposure, but keep a tripod.. try mo rin muna without the trees on the foreground.. yung cityscape lang mismo.

Tommy, the tree became more of the subject here than the skyline. Although I see what you were trying to achieve, I agree with what Jowel said regarding focusing on the cityscape/skyline first.

You really need a tripod for low light shots, you'll get a sharper picture.

Be careful of some distractions on your framing also like the torn banner(?) at the trunk of the tree. But I bet you'll get used to avoiding those in the future.
