another one of the specialties in AseyaBistro in Humberto's Hotel....
the crispy fish like a fan or pamaypay in filipino term or asian name Pla Haeng cooked via microwave only but superb crispy taste plus vinegar & garlic as sauce....yummy with garlic fried rice is mucho mucho delicioso ;-)
try it when you visit the town of davao city in palma gil street and also included their contact numbers, hehehe!
