[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi TL Folks!

A blossom of a certain type of hyacinth, im not sure but that will be my closest guess.
Its been a long time since i posted my last botanical series which is usually done under controlled lighting. This one is all natural. Forgive the crazy POV, this grew too high i almost fell off a ledge where i climbed just trying to take a closer shot.
Just framed and resized.

I like the strong colours and composition of this. There's a diagonal feeling through the frame, upper left to lower right, nicely balanced by a tangential diagonal of one petal on the right.

Colorful composition Ian, nag standout lalo ang kulay pulang bulaklak sa malakas na blurred at green na background. Para sa akin ok lang ang POV. Well done Idol.

Sincerely, I don't think it is a hyacinth, that I know well and like a lot, but it is a very nice and interesting flower.

Excellent POV for this appealing shot. I like the close view of the white edged petals, some unfolded and some still closely clustered in the center of the blossom. Great color and composition. Well done:)

I wish I could ID this flower Ian, but I have taken this same type of flower in Davao a few years back. I like your close-up composition showcasing the striking bicolors. My compliments...Danilo

Hi Ian,
Beautiful colors and contrast. The DOF provides great focus on the middle of the flower which sticks out also because of the white edges. Very nice cropping as well.
