this is really special !
The overhead POV shows thoughtfulness.
Image is nice and sharp, exposure is excellent - as well as the semi-diagonal of the boat.
Expression on their innocent faces - :-))

Hi mate

These kids in their boats are a popular subject from the Philippines, and with good reason - they're photogenic, obliging, and there is great opportunity to explore composition, texture and colour.

This shot isn't bad, although I think you could have made more of the composition - perhaps using the boat as a lead-in element from the top-right corner?

Nice smooth tones and rich colours.
