a precious moment indeed. I have no problems with the white background but i wished that the highlights on the lower left corner wasn't so overblown. I posted a picture in the workshop and cropped some of the overexposed areas.

aawwwwwwww -- so cUte! This is delightful: you have three distinct personalities shining through the group portrait. The background allows the dark heads to stand out so much better and there is little to disract from the subjects (except that flare on the arm on the left -- sorry).

I don't know if I've said this to you before, but I believe the power of a great photograph is its ability to evoke emotion. A technically great shot can still leave the viewer cold.
Technically I don't know how good this is, but this photo made me smile - and the star of it is that little fellow in the middle, peering between his mates to be in the shot. Delightful work. TFS

Great expressions captured here. I like photos with emotions. My only suggestion might be to crop the left hand side as the bright arm is distracting. Overall it is a very minor point, as the faces make the image. THe light on the faces is pleasant also!
