This guy was a participant at the Sikhayan Festival at Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines.

My friend took a photo with him and I decided to crop only his face and changed it from color to black and white. Applied a little sharpening and vignetting.

now this is what I call a likeable subject for a lovely portrait...lol

No, I really like it. The staring eyes are great and with your adjustment of the contrast you put emphasize on the facial painting.

Brilliant shot of this guy at the festival - the PP work you have done is superb and I think you were dead right to crop in on the face. TFS Bri

Powerful shot, those eyes are so compelling!

Very nice post work, the vignette really brings attention to the eyes and face - although the back lighting here is very striking, with the way it ignites the edges of his hair.
