[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
What a pity we often forget to extend our hand to someone. Blessing after blessing, the comfort of our lives, food on our table, the clothes we wear... have we shared the abundance of what life gives us?

Strong is the first word coming to me when I looked at it.

Did this children realy in a kind of camp. And why???

It is strong because more than the perfect technical aspect, it is the message we receive first.

Well done

This such a powerful and poignant shot. I really love the use of desaturation, contrasts, and the way the slight grain shows up in the background. This along with the shallow depth of field used to keep the child's hand and barbed wire in-focus really puts the message across. There is very good balance between the child's face and the hand, and that glance from the child is unforgettable. It is so true what you write, unfortunately we who have a lot have to keep constantly reminding ourselves the status quo and the world we live in. I swear to you sometimes I feel like such a jerk writing about photographs when people are out there starving, or practically enslaved, or have nowhere to go. You made me really think about this, thankyou for that.
