Wow, this is an excellent version! I can't pick which one I like better because it looks fantastic both in color and b&w. This is close to being monochromatic anyway, because the colors are so neutral, but the colors of the necklace add some interest. I like the warm tones, they give the picture a bit of a different mood from the colder tones of the b&w.
