[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Just wanted to share with you some of the photos I took in the paradise known as Palawan.

I am a bit unsure about the placement of the three elements in this photo but I just thought that it looks good. I am interested with what you guys think. Thank you.

Hi Tomothy,
I think you placed the three elements in a good position, expecially the chair which balances where the clouds are brighter. Maybe the tree should have been a bit more on the left, so it could have been on the third.
But I think you made a very good compo with wonderful tones and light.
Dario

I think it is perfect.

I think your composition is very good. The three elements form a C that forces the viewer to soak in the whole image. Great timing with the clouds as well. TFS bro!

Hi Timothy,
The mood in this photo is for sure magnificent. I wouldn't mind sitting in that chair with a nice glas of Madingo-coke. (not sure if correctly written) The light, texture and colors are wonderful. I do understand you concern about the placement of the elements. The chair and tree are a bit centered, especially with the horizon in the middle. But still it does not degrade the beauty of the mood.
TFS,
Niek

I am drawn to the shot. The sky is great.

I like the chair and the starfish , bit for me the tree sort of gets in the way and hinders my view of the mountains in the distance.

Of course that it just my personal view!

hello timothy!
wooow! i am simply amazed of this photo.. the composition is so simple...so expressive...extrordinary!!! it is a good thing that each element of the composition is placed on a different axe.
also the sky and that tree which touches the clouds are gorgeous!
about the cromatic composition, you got it right...the beach in the bottom half has warm brown tones, while the sky and the water in the upper half has cold blue tones... a perfect contrast which gives power of expression to the photo!
great POV, also!
very good job in here, timothy! :)
congratz!

love,
reea

Beautifully surreal! Three elements balanced in a Dali-esque composition. Dramatic skies. The mountains make this picture sublime. Excellent DOF end saturation. Well done!!!
