This is a photo of LULI island. LULI an abbreviation for "lulubog lilitaw", has a literal translation in english of 'sinks and rises'.
The reason for the name is due to the fact that the island basically sinks during high tide and shows up again during low tide (like in this photo).
I just liked the warm glow of the houses due to the setting sun. I hope you like it. Thanks |

hi tim, yes lulu island makes sense we have one here in vancouver which is at sea level but it is 10 miles square otherwise known as richmond bc (where vancouver intl. airport is)
anyways you captured this well, excellent light and a good composition
