Nice photograph here with the message of hope even in times of desperation. However, the colour mixing in this situation detracts from the situation here and a full B&W image would have been more telling in my humble opinion. Some notes would have also been useful in describing this image and how you feel about it.

Sweet shot - would've preferred to see the girl a little more inside the frame, just a slight pan to the left would've made all the difference.
The photographer's signature really ruins it for me!
A Photographer's Note would be nice too!
