Interesting subject but poorly composed and cropped.
Note details like the "orphaned" street light at the top left edge of the frame, and the half-car at the bottom left.
Your subject - I presume the giant fries - occupies barely 15% of the frame and is centrally placed. If you cropped this more tightly - or zoomed in - you would allow the structure to occupy more of the frame and therefore have its rightful dominance.
I think your POV is a problem too. Not only are the fries very small in the frame, but they are half obscured by other signs, so as a subject they are seriously challenged by other elements of the photograph.
