[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
After a long pause, I'm back to my hobby =).

This was taken last Sunday during the Dinagyang Festival here in Iloilo City, Philippines. This was my 2nd year watching the modern festival and I enjoyed it so much. I just wished you were also there to enjoy with me. I hope to add more photos in the next few days.
