| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
An informal mode of transport most common to be seen in Region II (the Philippines). It is a vehicle comprising of a two-wheeled trailer pulled by a hand-tractor.
The Philipppine Land Transportation Office said there is no need to register the vehicle since it has no serial number and its purpose is not only for transportation.
Yet Safety features of these modes do not conform to existing laws and regulations and they usually pose dangers to national highways especially during night time and early in the morning when the time is still dark.
