Where is Mama? Where is Mama?
Here I am, Here I am.
How are you this morning?
Very well I thank you.
Gone away. Gone Away.

Where is Papa? Where is Papa?
Here I am, Here I am.
How are you this morning?
Very well I thank you.
Gone away. Gone Away.

Note: BW version in workshop.

Hey mate
When I try to tell my workmates that there is a reason I don't support their "rescue the animals" schemes, they look at me as if I lack morals.
How can you explain to people who have never seen it just how a sight like this tears your heart? When I was last in Manila I saw a three-week-old kitten lost and mewing by the roadside - I just thought join the club, little fella.
A poignant and touching shot. I like the b&w for its emotional impact, the starkness and harshness it delivers, but I like the colour too beacause it reveals the dirt of the streets on this little child's hands and feet.
Question: what do the homeless kids' parents do for nappies??
I'm not sure if the poem does justice to the image btw, but what a photo.
