[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is my old guitar, not that old, but i left it there in Manila, so that my nephew can learn to play some tunes and maybe when i'll return for a vacation, we can jam the whole night long. And besides, i already got a new guitar to strum! Rock on! lol! = )

The shot was overexposed, because there was too much light coming in from outside and there wasn't enough lighting inside the room. I did not opted for a higher ISO for it may have a lot of noise. I love the result anyways.

This came out pretty well, I agree that the BG is a little over bright but the effect is that the guitar really stands out. The end at the top really disappears but it is still part of the shot. I like the way the rich tones of the guitar stand out against the bright white of the window. I like it also

I like the photo as presented. While the light from the background is very strong, the subject still came out well and that is, for me, more important. TFS.

Here you can see the wonderful effect an overexposure can have sometimes! I don't think it's a problem at all. It looks like the guitar can float out of the window any minute now.

Hi Jowel,
I love the overexposure on the top of the guitar (sorry, I don't know guitars as well as pianos), as well as the reflections on the edges, showing off the curves of the instrument.
