These are people plying their trades along the rail road tracks mavbe because of foot traffic. Both sides of the railrod track are for vehicular traffic so people are forced to walk on the rail road. The woman in blue is selling fresh coconut.

This is a good one Andre! Great capture of daily life in Divisoria, the resignation on the faces of the vendors, the jeepney behind them hinting at the noise and chaos that surrounds them, and yet they're so accustomed to it they look quite relaxed.
I almost wonder if you could have cropped this to only include the woman on the right and the jeepney behind her - and a second photo only of the woman on the left (so that you didn't crop her foot out)
But these are details - this is a great shot, well observed!

A nice slice of everyday life Andre'. Good compostion and colours. Shame they have to sell their wares near the railroad track.
