[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Sunset over Bacuit Archipelago in Northern Palawan situated in the South China Sea. This one was taken during my second trip to Palawan. Not many foreign tourists as there was a travel advisory by countries not to go to Palawan due to the kidnappings by Abu Sayaff, a group linked to Al Qaeda. With not so many tourists around you can have your own slice of paradise.
This one was taken in Corong Corong Bay just a few minutes walk from town. I'm not sure about the composition though. I'll post another shot in landscape format tomorrow. No filters were used and postprocessing done, just a straight scan off the slide.

This is most excellent! Absolutely love the colors you captured here. Just outright gorgeous. Wonderful Composition, especially the position of the boat and the sun.

I'm just learning about the thirds rule and I think your composition is wonderful! Your subject (boat) is off center, Your horizon is in the top third...Great Job! It's postcard perfect!
