[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
To take this photo, I used a wide angle zoom lens (here at 19mm), waded knee-deep into the water, pointed it downwards, made sure to catch a small wave heading towards me, and snapped. Also used a circular polarizer. With this photo, I wanted the viewer to feel like they had stepped into the water themselves.

Post-processing only involved increasing the contrast a bit heavily.

The contrast is heavy but this is a wonderful shot. I love all the colors in the water, good effect with the wide angle lens.

Yes I feel the waves. Beautiful shot. I realy like also the sky which seems to move in a circular fashion. I think also the contrast as made the sky much more interesting.

I do so miss the sea so this is very calming for me. Thanks.
