Hello Jude. Your placement of the horizon is very good. This is a well composed shot. But I think it is too noisy. Was this taken at the smallest possible size, or was this cropped? If not, then maybe taking the shot at a lower ISO, or on a different time when the sun is low from behind you will solve the problem. This image just lacks contrast so a stronger directional light is needed. Hope this helps.
