[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Picture only a duck but i like the way he almost stand on water and the splash around him. I took many many shots but not many i like. I try to compose with him on left side and leaving space on right. i think maybe better that way but please tell if no good! Thank you for looking at my photograph!

I think it could use a bit of saturation, but it is a good picture.

Juan Carlos,
Welcome to Trek Lens. I think animals are wonderful and to capture them "doing their thing" is always important in a good shot.

We have other members from the Philippines here, perhaps you have met one of our most "out"spoken members, Freddie Nef.
Have you been to 29 countries like him? If you browsed his gallery you'd see a pigeon from Russia, a rock from Iran, clouds over Nepal, himself reading a book in a chair in Switzerland and strangely enough, a horrible quality cellphone photo of some leafy chewing stuff on a table in Yemen. I wonder if we are supposed to believe he really went to those countries? Is it normal for your culture to try to impress people by making up stories that your a world traveler or is it just him? Is it a social status in the Philippines to be able to afford to travel?

About the photo:
I like the composition here and the details in the splash of water.
I would maybe have added some area on the top of this image, his head is too close to the top.

Good luck on your ventures and Photographic "Treks", I think each member has something valuable to offer TL... ;)

Scott

Look Juan, hola,
your skyline in the last photo had phretty phine colours and all that...
but on here I have to phink it is one phreakin' phrightened phowl!

This phlying phlapping Philipines duck is a good entry for
Phreakin' Phredday! Too bad the phlappers are a bit overexphosed...

But all the same, not bad as a start on the wild side!

So long,

Jay
