this was taken at the aliwan fiesta here in manila, representative of different fiesta all over the country gather here in the capital to compete against each other, making a very wonderful street parade, bonus is that you dont have to go all over the country whole year long just to see these groups perform

This is very cool ... not just for the perspective, the good depth of field and the colours (perfect placement of the main subject's face, and the secondary subject's face also, both in powerful areas of the frame) - but also for the subject. Amazing to see here the crossover between South East Asian culture/dress and Pacific Island culture and costume ... it has elements of both.
Fascinating shot, well delivered.
