[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Another shot from over a year ago that I was playing around with a converted to b&w. I realize that it's too centered but I was trying to crop out other people around. I did like this little mischief expression though.

Hello Karen
What an expression!! Those eyes and that smile giving you her bit of shyness at being photographed, you caught it all very nicely. Good shot
Dot

A cute expression, and now you can see the difference in cameras! This has alot of noise removal, but works well in BW. Cute expression! You've come a long way baby!

Hello Karen
I agree the eyes hold so much expression here! Nice idea for a BW.. As for the centered comment.. I think it works just fine

Hi Karen, what a cute kid :) I love her expression.
But it looks as if the B&W converter has smoothed over the skin and the features aren't sharp. And around the skin where the clothing ends there are lots of marks and lines.
No one else has commented on it - so I hope it isn't just my PC.
Cheers
Janice

dear Karen,
I can hear a carefree laugh of this child, and also see a innocence smile too.
you captured a nice moment of the playing heart, it was very lucky and happy thing for both you and this child.
b&w photo may fit it, because we cannot see the real color, and we must make up with our imaginations for underatanding the real colors and actual situation.
thank you for your excellent b&w picture,
Akihisa

Hi Karen..very nice conversion..which method did you use? Nice job.

Hello Karen
Don't bother with the centered face; her shy expression is so sweet!
Diffused light creates an appealing portrait.
Best regards.
Robert.
I'm leaving for a whole week.

really cool Karen, I think you do shot this little fellows in really cute expression. And i do'nt think it is very centered because the kid is not directly facing you. Nice shot really

A great portrait!
Very nice pose of the kid, and the light and B&W is really well used here!
