Location: Tambobong, Dasol
We arrive at the fishing village just before sunrise and went straight to "work", no rest for the wicked :). Still tired from the long trip, got a "bit lost" a couple of times on the twisting back roads (it was hard navigating at night, I can't see the familiar landmarks, I wish I brought that GPS!). But I think this is enough of a reward :).
Tech:
- f/8.0, 1.3 sec @ 10 mm
- in camera image optimization set to landscape
- CPL + Cokin GND 8 Soft Edge
- No PP, save from the slight lilt adjustment. Got lucky with the filters and the light.
Thanks for viewing and have a great week ahead! |

Hi Allan,
Bravo! This is a stunning photo. Awesome rich colours and you have used an effective POV with the boat in FG - adds extra appeal and depth to the composition. Great job!
I think this should be added to last week's Friday theme "Dawn to Dusk". It certainly suits this theme very well. :-)
Well done and tfs,
Martyn

Great work here....
This composition is perfect....
Claude
Stunning sunrise Allan.... wonderful colours.
Regards Mark :)
Very nice work here Allan, I love the strong gradients of colour through that sky and the way it creates highlights on the bow and crossbar of the banca nearby. The silhouetted coconut palms are superb.
Great job!
